Summary:

the game will be more divided into Areas than levels
i don't indeed for it to be extremely linear, level per level
and more of an Area per Area basis, in where each areas are multiple interconnected levels stick together
those areas would have an specific order to them
ll of them would have their own hub areas with friendly NPCs
The game should have between 5 and 15 hours of gameplay, three main Areas each with an Hub area and 5 boss fights , with most focus on puzzles, story and combat. Many boss fights will not be solved with direct damage to the boss and will rather require solving a puzzle to be able to damage him.
The character's main mechanic at the start of the game will be to use the Ghost hand to move objects around the scenery to solve problems.
The Character will gain two upgrades during the game, the first will be a secondary hand, permitting the character to do two things at the same time, with the ghost hand, one close to the end will be the Time Artifact, that permits the user to manipulate time.

Prologue: In a castle owned by an evil wizard, Iria decides to escape.  Level is a basement maze with a portal at the end.

Área 1 - Astaria
Iria learns finds an city in the outside world, horns attract negative attention from the police and she has to hide herself, Iria acquires a companion called imero
Ambientation: these Villages and towns inspired by German and Soviet influences, the contrast of small tiny villages with inches of snow covering them and industrial victorian-like steam machinery, close by forests are infested with gigantic bugs.
Locals: Forest, Village, Military Camp, Train, Capital Building
Boss Fight: Gigantic Insect monster in a forest
Event: Major Chozen save's Imero from a giant bug.
Event: Imero’s adoptive father is killed by the Major’s men.
Boss Fight: Major Chozen on a snowy train

Área 2 - Gracia
Iria finds herself in a floating sky city, she is then tasked to investigate forets around the area.
Ambientation: a floating city in the sky, with a floating Venessa appearance to it, and the habitants are wizards and alchemists.
Locals: Floating City, Desert, Temple Cave
Boss Fight: Mechanized Tank
Boss Fight: Fight Against an Uncontrolled Dragon.
Plot Twist: the industrial factories use this substance called ambar as fuel, that looks like some crystal you find laying around, it's later revealed these are the dead remains of dragons after they were slaughtered.
Event: Iria saves a dragon from hunters.
Event: After iria seizes an artifact from the Astarians, the Prophet is awakened from his slumber, and you have to escape him. as he is extremely powerful.

Área 3 - Temple of Gaya
iria finally gets in the depths of a temple located underground at the center of the world and has to solve time puzzles using an artifact, the place is habitated by gas mask people.
Ambientation: gigantic temple with intricate decorating over it, contrasted with rivers of toxic waste.
Locals: the Great Temple, Toxic Wasteland, Underground slums
Event: Gaya herself is revealed to be weakened and dying. 
Final Boss: The Prophet.
Event: the Prophet die sacrificing himself to stop the world core from collapsing.

Epilogue: Iria manages to use an artifact to time loop Gaya and give some more time to the world, the ending of people celebrating that the eternal winter had been averted, final monologue: "I can't truly save the world, but as long as I can make it last a little bit more, there can be happiness".

Prologue, the main character is this young girl called iria, she lived all her life in this castle, the owner is an wizard called Bael, no one really knows what is exactly the extension of his power but he has a reputation that makes people shiver just from someone saying his name, just like him the player also has access to some magic spells and is capable of creating these magical hands that can be used for various purposes, Iria then decides to escape it and explore the outside world, the first section of the game will be rather short and will be simply her getting out of this castle thought an portal in the castle’s basement that is used to get rid of his trash.

Act 1, the first act of the game will be around this country only know as Astaria, astaria is on the early stages of industrialization with steam engines popping everywhere, Trains and Factories being built and used by the general public, the residents seem worried about the wester turned increasing cold and am really fast rate, Astaria is ruled by this militaristic theocratic government that worships these old statues of a goddess called Gaya and who leader is only know as the Prophet, who is pretty much and dictator with an fancy name, no one had seen him for thirteen years, there she meets a couple of friendly people one kid same age as her called Imero and his paternal figure one man called Radimus, these two lives on the slums of the city and both seem to be hiding from the police, Radimus tells Iria to hide her horns as the local government will get extremely angry if they find her around, a good portion of this first part will be around an close by forest, same forest who has gigantic insects infesting it these insects will serve as enemies for the earlier levels, an boss fight will take place against one of these gigantic insects, after the insect boss fight in the forest iria loose sight of imero and go around desperately looking for him before heading home to tell rodimus what happened, in the forest Imero is almost being eaten by a giant bug being put against an corner then when hopes seems lost the major will come flying from the sky and squash the giant bug like it's nothing and then the kid will be ultra happy thinking he is an hero, this same man was an Astarian Major called Chozen and a couple of soldiers who go by the number 16 and 42, who follow him around everywhere he goes, who was around the street about this weird girl with horns that is living in his home, the M. Chozen will walk with himto the house, once upon arriving, chozen come in saying that he has to arrest the girl, Radimus will fight him to give time for both the player and imero escape.

shortly after the military will give up on following Iria as they apparently got something bigger to deal with, Imero will follow you around as a companion in the same way, this section will have them spending quite sometime around the forest until they find out they can go to some other country through the train stations, the issue is that the trains are filled with Soldiers, the soldiers are talking to each other about some terrorist group hiding themselves in the mountains, this section will involve stealth, and stealing the soldiers 16 and 42 who are taking an shower as the player will have to find his way to train, in this Train they will find out the Astarian M. Chozen who persecuted them in the train, the M. Chozen find out they are inside the Train, the M. Chozen reveals he has the ability of turning himself into metal and is capable of superhuman strength due to an experiment, an boss will take place, during the Boss fight,Chozenw will reveal that's the reason Iria is persecuted is that her blood line is tainted with blood and that her asncestors tried to murder the prophet, at the end of the fight the train will fall off its tracks, and the player has to exit the train before the crash while the M. Chozen hunt them down, in a key moment this Imero kid shoots an bolt of electricity against theM. Chozen giving time for the player to escape, this bolt is unexplained and confuses Iria quite a bit, Iria after the leaving the debrisfind herself alone with Imero nowhere to be seen.

Act 2, Iria now sees herself in a second country only know as Gracia, apparently the soil of this place is quite contaminated by the Eco and it’s quite hard to grown anything on the ground, she finds out that Gracia is home to this Wizard Group known as the Protectorate, these wizards build this floating city around the Sky, and use magic and alchemy to solve most of their issues even if they are lacking the mass industrialization, and floating boats as their vehicles, and seems to be the biggest current rivals of the Astaria Military and seems to have an non aggression treaty with them, someone from the protectorate ask her to investigate some poachers in the forestshe simply stumble then trying to hand a massive dragon the hunt goes wrong and the dragon after being blinded fly around freezing with his freezing breath everything as he fly at incredible speeds in the sky, an boss fight will ensure where iria has to stop de dragon from destroying the town, Iria then decides to take own the poachers herself, and after the poachers are defeated, and the dragon rescued, the dragon then reveal to her that they were hunting him because with him being killed his corpse would become this massive pile of ambar that is used as fuel by the factories, few years passes by in this section, and the world had became much more colder than before.

at this point The Dragon will task you with to go undercover to the capital city of Astaria and find this artifact that is hidden in the Central building of the Military, alerting you that artifact is extremely dangerous, the Central building is this extremely skyscraper filled inside with tons of machinery and also work as an factory for the Military, upon infiltrating it you will explore these abandoned parts of the Central building, upon arriving the depths of the underground of the building, Iria find herself close to this cryogenic chamber where she finds out the Prophet resides, dead after he was killed in an war that took place 13 years ago, Iria find out the artifact and shortly after find out that the M. Chozen and Imero are both also in this chamber finding each other, Imero now had grown up quite a lot, and during the fight he stands above the Prophets Cryogenic’s chamber and threatens to burn his corpse using an lighting bolt, the M. Chozen seems desperate when he threatens to do that, upon Imero electrifying the Prophet’s chest as he falls down from his chamber into the floor, the electricity overcharge the buildings machinery and the entire place start imploding, after exiting the building, it collapses into the ground.

first you see Bael appearing for the first time since the prologue,he comes floating from the sky and goes down the debris of the central building where is still filled with fire and ashes, he people of the town are around the building morning all the people that died, hundreds of people mourning the death of workers and soldiers who reside there, a few moments later you see from the debris, even the M. Chozen kneel there to mourn their deaths, you see Prophet himself emerging from the ashes caring in his shoulders dozens of rescued workers and soldiers, at first there is just this shock where no one believes what is happening, then the people seems to celebrate his come back and the rescue, the Prophet shortly after decided to chase you, the fight is unwinnable, he flies extremely fast, can lift extremely heavy objects and cut things down with laser vision, it will be necessary to solve a puzzle sequence that will stun him for long enough so you can run away..

Act 3, once back to Gracia, Iria sees that they were defeated in the war against Astaria after the Prophet was awaken and were conquered by the Astarians, upon finding The Dragon he reveals to Iria that artifact is necessary to travel to an place located in the center of the world, where there resides an town, and she needs to pass through some kind of dungeon where Gaya resides, and investigate why the planet is turning ice cold, she is told the location of an entrance hidden deep in the mountains with an closed gate that can be open only with the artifact, upon starting her journey, and going down the mountain path, she finds at the third and final real of the game, the center of the world is filled in with toxic waste from industrialized factories who had no where else to put the waste, she finds out there are people living in there, these people walk around with asks in their faces to protect the from the fumes, walking down there, she finds the place is also filled with these mutagenic liquid and monstrous creatures created by it, she then finds out that the Prophet had prepared an massive artillery and army filled in with mechanized vehicles.

Iria will stumble up with the the Temple of Gaya. in the walls there will be scripture talkinng about profecy of one all powerful man choosen by gaya herself comming down to the world and becoming it's ruler, the church of astaria believe this man to be the prophet, but it's never confirmed if he is or not, Following inside this place she will see an ancient Temple filled with traps, and in the deep inside she will find the final door to Gaya’s chamber, which also require the artifact to open it, as it requires time magic, and only the artifact is capable of doing such, inside the chamber she will see laying in the floor this gigantic feathered beasts weakened and dying in the ground, it will be revealed the reason why the world is slowly freezing down is because Gaya itself is slowly dying due to all the Factory sub products that were put inside there through the years, with use of the previously gained artifact it’s possible to create an time loop that will extend her lifespan temporarily, with artifact itself being sacrificed in the process.

At the end, The Prophet will arrive, and the Final boss fihgt will ensue, the Prophet is defeated, after the Prophets is defeated an extremely powerful bomb left by Magnum, blows up close to the world core the world cores starts to destabilize and splitting in half, the Prophet jumps in it and tries to stop it from collapsing, he reunites the core, the Prophet then dies while holding the as Magma covers his body.

Epilogue - Iria returns to the surface, where she goes back to Gracia and the rest of the people she meet, celebrating that after many years it’s finally warmer again and that the eternal winter had been averted. final monologue: "i can't truly save the world, but as long as i can make it last a little bit more, there can be happiness".
